Excellent hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay! I highly recommend it, and I'm coming back for a xmas.

Parking lots show significant wear, with large potholes that make navigating tricky, and the constant scent of weed in the first-floor area might be off-putting for some.

The office being 1/4 km from the rooms is absurd!!! A serious lack of security makes you wonder about safety!!! Dirty hallways and overflowing garbage shouldn't be an acceptable sight anywhere!!!

This spot was just appropriate for a quick stay in Plattsburgh with good value considering what we paid. The room was fairly clean, but I wasn't sure if the sheets had actually been changed. Just a heads up, there are no elevators, so be ready to climb stairs.
